Looking for a Single Room in Guildford

I’m a 29-year-old MSc Finance student at the University of Surrey looking for a peaceful and clean place to stay in Guildford. I’m open to areas near the Town Centre, Ladymead, or Woodbridge but happy to consider other areas too. I’d prefer a single room and am fine sharing the kitchen and washroom.

With early morning shifts, I go to bed early and value a quiet, respectful environment. I’m tidy, keep spaces clean, and avoid causing disturbances.

I don’t drink or smoke. I’m a lacto vegetarian, but I have no restrictions if someone eats or cooks non-vegetarian food in front of me. I’ve been very comfortable living with international friends in my Stag Hill accommodation for the past year—it was a wonderful experience.

I enjoy meeting people from different cultures, love hearing their stories, and am happy to cook, chat, or spend time together if you’re comfortable, while respecting personal space.
