January move-in

I am a first year student looking to move following the Christmas holiday.
I am studying ecology and conservation and am a member of the university rowing club, so I spend a lot of time reading about wildlife biology and training at the gym.
I am looking for a quieter house to move into with my pet crested gecko Josephina. To clear up any worries, her tank does not take up a lot of space as she fits in the palm of a hand, she does not have any heating requirements so would not contribute to electricity bills, and eats fruit so I would not be bringing insects into the house.
