We’re hoping to move in around December 20.
Preferred areas include Clapham Junction, Wandsworth, Battersea, or Balham — roughly 30–40 minutes to both universities.
We’re both responsible, tidy, and friendly students who keep things clean and respectful. We’d love a comfortable home with easy transport access and nearby amenities such as shops and bus routes.
Budget: Around £900–£1000 pcm (bills included preferred)
