Mature female seeks quiet and clean accom

Would really like to be within 10 minute walk of a tube or train station. A parking space would be a bonus. Sharing with no more than 2 others (maybe 3 if they are very clean, quiet & considerate).

I am a 40 year old female freelancer - actor, editor & health coach. I am clean, friendly and considerate. I work from home a fair amount, but I'm usually on my own mission so you wouldn't see much of me except when I come out to make food or tea (and I do love my tea).

I don't drink or smoke so not well suited to a "party house".
