Hagley Road area, Harborne, City Centre areas if possible
No live in with the landlord, not with smokers, party people, drinking around and noisy, weed smokers or drugs around, students or dirty people please. No often visits or many people around most of the time
And no more than 1/2 people to live in. Possible another couple would fit better. I got pets also (cats) ONE indoor cat and some outdoor, they will stay outside in a cat kennel all the time
I want someone to allow pets regardless because that's very important for me.

Also I want to be able to change the room or furniture if is not my style where I move in.

I don't like to be asked personal questions, about my jobs, where I go, from where I come, time accountability, what I do for living etc. I am an adult and very confidential with my life, I want to be able to cook when I want, shower when I want because I work night time and days also. I am very strict with cleaning, I want to live with clean people, clean bathroom all the time please.

I got a boyfriend who is gonna visit me very often and also he is gonna sleep overnights, we are very close as a couple and I don't want this thing to be a problem for the new owner or flatmates. I don't pay for prison treatment. No other people gonna come inside but my boyfriend, bestfriend sometimes[girl] or my mom and little sister from România, but family comes once a year or maybe not at all cause I travel to them
