Looking to rent from February/March

Working in Darlington, long and looking for a place in Newcastle to commute in from, but open to places with easy commutes to Darlington too.

Preferably a studio/1 bed flat, but open minded.
A clean, chill and respectful housemate :)

Also love animals so pets isn't an issue for me (although don't have my own)

Ideally not too far from central station if in newcastle
