Needing a room / house share

Hi I'm looking to relocate back to the Merseyside from London
It will be me and my daughter sharing a room and our well behaved cat who likes to sleep a lot. We are quiet easy going and polite and enjoy our own space you probably won't see us around much
I work part time so will ensure the rent is fully paid direct to the landlord each month through dss
