Quiet professional looking for room

I'm a 27-year-old professional working at Edinburgh Napier looking for a room with like-minded people. I do work from home 3 days a week (Mon, Wed and Fri) so this would need to be considered/accommodated.

I am generally quite introverted and like to spend time to myself but also enjoy hanging out with others. I am a tidy and organised person that prefers to have a routine to their daily life. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker, but don't mind those who do. I love baking so can provide baked goods for my flatmate(s)! I'm very into reading and watching films and TV shows, typically binge watching whatever it is I'm into at the time. I do not have any pets currently, but I'm open to living somewhere that has pets. My budget is £750 including bills, ideally.

I am looking for somewhere that is within a commutable distance of Sighthill and have parking available (whether it's a driveway or on-street) as I'd prefer to keep my car. I would prefer to live with other professional women of a similar age.
