Looking for furnished double room

Hello! My name’s Nicola, I’m 36 and looking for a furnished double room in the Brighton/Hove area. I’m planning to relocate in February for work and hoping to find a peaceful, friendly place to call home.

I’m single, child-free, and pretty independent - but always happy to chat or watch a film with housemates. I’m clean, tidy, and considerate (non-drinker, non-smoker, big cake baker/eater).

In my spare time, I love writing, going for walks, attempting to run (and collapsing), cooking, and the occasional Netflix binge.

I’d prefer to live with other females, and I adore animals - so if you have a pet, that’s a huge bonus.
