Looking for a sublet of short term room

I am looking for a room for around 2.5-3 months from beginning of September to late November.

I am currently in between jobs so I can either provide a guarantor or pre-pay the whole rent.

Ideally I would like to share the bathroom with no more than 1 other person, or 2 if there’s an extra toilet in addition to the main bathroom (or if I love the place otherwise).
Transport links are important with train/tube/overground station being preferable to a bus stop.
I would strongly prefer a female share as well as everyone being non-smokers. LGBT friendly household would be a plus. I don’t have pets but don’t mind if others already have them.

I am laid back, keep the common areas tidy and value the sense of home and community with my flatmates: I’d love to have occasional movie nights or dinners together but I also value personal/social space so won’t pester you with conversation when not wanted.
