Looking for a room or buddy-up

I am looking for a double room with a proper desk or enough space for it and plenty of storage. Ideally furnished but I can get be flexible if I love the flat and people.
Ideally I would like to share the bathroom with no more than 1 other person, or 2 if there’s an extra toilet in addition to the main bathroom (or if I love the place otherwise).
Transport links are important with train/tube/overground station being preferable to a bus stop.
At the moment, I’m looking at budget of around £1000 per month.
I would strongly prefer a female share as well as everyone being non-smokers. LGBT friendly household would be a plus. I don’t have pets but don’t mind if others already have them.

I am a software developer and work fully remotely. I love drawing as well as any arts and crafts really so would love to live with some creative people :3
I am laid back, keep the common areas tidy and value the sense of home and community with my flatmates: I’d love to have occasional movie nights or dinners together but I also value personal/social space so won’t pester you with conversation when not wanted.
