Looking to move in the spring

Hello,

I'm a 28 year old professional who works in Poole. Looking to move closer to my work in the spring.

I'm looking for a double en-suite or a self contained annexe type of studio (ideally furnished). I'm also open to renting a property with someone else that would be in a similar situation and mindset.

I'm not often home at the weekends but during the week, I like coming home in the evening after work to unwind. I'm quiet et respectful. I've lived in a 5 bedroom shared house before and currently live with a flatmate so I truly understand respecting other people's space and down times and expect the same from others.

I'm aiming for £800 a month, bills included, but could consider dedicating more of my budget for the right property.
Ideally I'd like to live in the western Poole area (BH21, BH18, BH16, BH17, BH12 or BH14).
