Looking to Buddy-Up and Rent Somewhere Unfurnished

Looking for one or two people to buddy up and rent somewhere in the city. It would need to be unfurnished as I currently have a house full of furniture although I'm happy to get rid of some of it. Looking for chill people who might like to cook together, watch tv together, go on hikes in the peak district and have a pint at the pub. I'm relaxed and don't mind friends over or parties, but I've also done the student party house thing and I'm over that. I expect a level of mutual cleanliness and consideration in shared spaces although I'm not a clean freak, just don't want to be falling out over who's left the place a tip.
