Two friends looking to move by December

Hello! We are two friends looking for a new place to call home. I'm a 26-year-old Japanese woman working as a legal admin, though I'm hoping to move back into translation soon, and my friend is a 34-year-old English man who works for a legal publishing firm and a pub.

We are currently living in his family's property in North West London, but as it's being sold by the end of the year, we are looking for a new place with at least two bedrooms. Our budget is up to £800 per month each, including bills. We don't have a strict preference for area, as long as it's well connected and ideally within walking distance of a tube station.

We've both lived in shared houses before and know the importance of keeping things clean and comfortable. We are easy-going, respectful, and get along well with different kinds of people. Outside of work, we both love art and music. I enjoy crocheting and photography, and he likes to draw and play the guitar.
