Looking for a house/flat, cottage or en-suite room

I am looking for a place for myself and I have a service young well behaved pedigree dog. I am an Oxford University graduate student and medical professional as I write up thesis and train my dog, and I will be spending a lot of time at home. We are clean and quiet. I’m hoping to find a self contained house/flat, studio or relatively private accommodation. Main thing is comfort so I am open to any location. I am happy to rent a small cottage, house/flat or a room in a house with one other housemate. Must have my own bathroom.
