Seeking Two Bed, BuddyUp or Share in East London

Hello! My name is Fiona (she/hers). I'm a sport sustainability consultant currently living in Islington 🌿 My lease is up in mid July, and I’m looking to find a new flat (that feels like a home!)

📍My ideal locations are in Stoke Newington/Dalston/Highbury/Viccy Park/Hackney as I love East and want to keep my commute to my office in Holborn as reasonable as possible 🚴🏻‍♀️

I'm looking for a roommate/BuddyUp of a professional or PhD student who is able to split the rent for a two-bedroom apartment or a current house share with relaxed, kind roommates.

✅ My max budget for a two-bed apartment is £2500 pounds/month (split between two people = £1250 p/pm), plus utilites+broadband. Also willing to go up to £1300 for a flat share situation. My move in date is flexible, but would need to be before mid July.

🌿A little bit about me: I’m 25 and I’ve lived in the UK since Jan 2025. I have two years of flat sharing experience. Im generally early to bed and early to rise. I'm quiet, diligent, and tidy, and I love hiking, swimming, and reading. I’m also handy in the garden!

I work from home two days a week, and from my office in Holborn the other three. I am often at sporting events for work and I sometimes get tickets to share!

Sharing a flat: Even though I usually keep to myself, I'm down to cook, hang out, hit the gym, and host movie nights if folks are interested! 🎬 A calm and welcoming environment is very important to me, along with chill roomies who respect eachother’s space and schedules, but are still down to share adventures, coffees or pints! I’m interested in finding somewhere that feels like home.
