Room needed for the 16th-17th December don't currently have deposit but can sort that out by paying bit by bit ontop of the rent without a issue. In desperate need due to been evicted on the 18th so close to Christmas. Have own transport on uc and pip, I'm not looking to pay 650 for a room is ridiculous reasonable 400-500 happily to pay.
