25y professional, Jan, look for a flatmate/room

Hi, I’m Krystal a tax advisor trainee working in central Bristol.
I’m looking for an en suite/bedroom with private bathroom. My overall budget with bills is 925pm.

More about me:
🎾I’m clean and tidy, quiet at night. I like to make friends and also respect ppls boundaries.

🎾I party only on big occasions like bday/celebrations etc, not a party animal.

🎾My job is 9-5, I may wfh 2 days a week if I live in Clifton/redland. But less so if city center.

🎾I plan to have a car so better have parking. We can go for a day trip/Costco trip/BBQ etc together when I do.

🎾I go to gym 3-4 times a week and play tennis every week, surf in summer.

Flatmate I’m looking for:

🎾I’d like to live with someone Clean, considerate, sociable but not loud, someone I can do things with not just strangers under the same roof. I need someone respectful and I’ll be the same.

🎾Any working hours are fine.

🎾Pets are fine. I like dogs but don’t have any.

🎾With common sense.
