I am not a smoker, I am single, dont have pets, and not that much of party type, if I want to party, I will go out!
I wont be home alot as I work everyday, but I would like to feel "home" not just a place to sleep. I think its important that you get along well with your flatmates. I am clean and we wont have any problem sharing the apartment.
