Californian Artist Seeking work/live space

Hello!

My name is Hayden Noble.

I’m originally from Northern California (the mountains, not the sea) and moved to London in Sept ‘23 following my ex-partner.

We currently live together and have decided that it’s the best path forward for us to split ways.

As unfortunate as that is.. I also just completed an MA Fine Designer Maker course at Camberwell College of Arts and have accepted a shop fitting job offer in Islington, which is incredibly exciting. I will be the designer, builder. I’m expecting the job to take between 3-5 months and then I’m unsure if I would like to stay in London at that point but if I had to sign a year lease, I would choose to stay for the full year.

I am also an emerging multi-disciplinary artist. I am currently working on a 10 song EP to go along with a film about my overall practice.. essentially my process is to live and breath my work and I need a place where I can do that.

I am looking for a home that has my own room to live/sleep/rest/exist in, a kitchen (doesn’t have to be fancy) a shower, a toilet, communal space, and space to work in. Whether that be a garden, extra room, garage, warehouse studio, etc.

In terms of flatmates, I would like to live in a communal artist/studio household or warehouse.. I’d like to share music and ideas and films and what we’re reading and overall just have good chats with good people. But also sometimes I’m very introverted so I can come off as moody.. so if you’re also a human who wants these things or is a human who has those things, please reach out!!
