Looking to rent a room with en-suite

I’m looking for a room to rent with an en-suite. I don’t currently drive, so I’m looking for a place that is close to transport links. As well as this it needs to be clean and furnished preferably with laminate flooring and no carpet (hygiene reasons). Where a washing machine and dryer is available as well.

I’m very quiet and to myself, but I am really friendly and can have a good laugh.
