26yr professional woman, with pup, move in Feb/mar

I’m a bit early! I’m looking for a double room (or buddies) to move into in March or April 2026.
Why I’m moving: my landlady is travelling with her partner and will rent the whole house to a family. Meaning I need to find another place (sad times!)

I come with a +1: Fiji, the dog
He’s a toy poodle, very playful and cuddly. Hes friendly with other dogs and cats. He’s so tiny and such a people pleaser so he couldn’t damage furniture even if he tried.

About me:
I’m a very social person. I love being around people and trying new things. I’d love to live in a home where we would be able to become friends and chill every now and then. Culturally, my family are very close and always love to host. I also like being close to my friends, so having them over every now and then would be nice. I’d like to live with people who would be open to this if possible (within reason of course!).

It would be amazing if we could talk about possibly having a cleaner and maintaining the house clean throughout the week. Open to having a conversation about the best approach ☺️
I’m a person of many hobbies: salsa dancing, gym, food, movies, videography, art, music… the list goes on AHAAHAHA
