My name is Rico- I'm a 32 year old human rights consultant, documentary producer and trans activist currently based in Greenwich. My landlord is selling after three years, so I'm looking for a new place to move into around February 15th.
As I'm currently in an unfurnished house, I come with hard-wood living room furniture, lots of plants, kitchen appliances and vintage bathroom mirrors! As I have living room furniture, ideally, I'm looking for somewhere without furniture or to buddy up with people to find a place.
My budget is £800 - £1,000 per month, but of course, I'd prefer to keep the rent reasonable.
I'm looking at rooms in zone 1-2 but I'm open to zone 3 if there are good connections. Currently, I'm looking at Hackney, Greenwich, Seven Sisters, Muswell Hill, Southwark, Wembley Park & Deptford- searching for the right fit.
I can provide references from my current landlord if needed.

I have a 9-5 and a business, so I tend to work long hours, but I'm always up for a quick chat in the kitchen or a movie night. I am an introvert and extrovert- I love a night out with friends, but when I'm home, I do like to spend time unwinding by myself. I love music, dancing, theatre, cooking, karaoke and exploring the city. I'd like to live in a calm house, as you can tell I like to build homes so I'd like my new place to feel warm with people who are sociable and friendly, clean and respectful.
