Local Needing Double Room and WFH

Working professional who works from home as self employed as a quantity surveyor. Separated from wife end of February 2024 and has been renting my own place but divorce is taking too long and cannot afford both the mortgage and rent for a 2 bed place.

I only need a place for 50% of the time as other 50% will be at the marital home with kids.

I cycle, do photography, go away for weekend trips in Europe, love music, film and tv, see friends for board games, football, roasts or a pint.
