Looking for a double room in a social house

Hi, I’m Ella ☺️ I’m 25 and a fashion developer! I’m looking to rent a double room from the beginning of January . My budget is around £850 a month including bills but can be flexible for the right place! Open to location but ideally in SW London with somewhere close to a station to easily access central London as I work 4/5 days a week in office. I’m very sociable and am usually out with friends/ family at the weekends. I love a pub night/ glass of wine so would love a sociable house to make friends with as well! Equally I also love some down time during the week as I’m pretty tired after work and if I’ve managed to drag myself to the gym! I love food and enjoy cooking nice meals and am a sucker for a Brunch and Pilates class. If you need persuading I can be the houses personal tailor if you let myself and my sewing machine move in ☺️🪡👗
