Looking for a room starting late Jan/early Feb!

Hey everyone, I’m Gracie and looking for a room starting the final week of Jan/beginning of Feb! Budget is £850 a month including bills but willing to be ever so slightly flexible for the right place💸. I am open to sublets (1 month+) but would rather have a short-term lease to save the constant uprooting and moving📦. I am prioritising Clapham, Fulham, Battersea area but I am honestly not too picky!
I am 21 years old and a law student at the University of Bristol, but I have suspended my studies until September 2025 to work and travel! I’ve currently been in Japan 🇯🇵 for the last three months and already have a full-time job lined up in hospitality for when I’m in London 🇬🇧!

I am a super clean and respectful housemate and really respect personal space and independence!! That being said, I am a bit of a social butterfly 🦋 and I absolutely loveeeee a pub trip, a house dinner or a night out, so I would love to be in a house with people I would consider my friends 😸😸. I have lived in Switzerland 🇨🇭 for the past 8 years but grew up mainly in Australia🇦🇺 and New Zealand🇳🇿! Although I am only 21, I have lived away from home since 18 and consider myself very mature and able to get along with all ages. I love London and can’t wait to live there and so excited to explore all things restaurants, cafes, museums, parks and nightlife 🌆
