Seeking room in clean and friendly house

I’m looking for a calm, friendly and clean Houseshare in Leyton, Leytonstone or Walthamstow from Feb/March onwards - I’ve recently fallen in love with the area after being in Hackney for 18 years!

I’m a very young 45 (people generally think I’m early thirties!) and spent most of my life as a massage therapist then a short stint designing and making jewellery, followed by some charity sector work and now I’m in healthcare, doing a pharmacy technician apprenticeship at Highgate Mental Health centre - yeah I know, jack of all trades!! I work from home one day a week as I get one study day with my job - and I’m happy to do this from my bedroom if that fits best with the house..
When I’m not working I’m often spending time at my girlfriend’s place or with my friends, though my job is quite intense so sometimes I need some downtime and an early night to myself. I love cooking, love making cocktails and enjoy going for a walk, the pub or mooching around local shops on a weekend. I’m into stand-up, cinema, gigs and art galleries - though wish I had time for more of all of these!
In terms of home and housemates, I really appreciate living with people who know how to respect communal spaces and enjoy keeping a place nice for everyone.
I’m easygoing about whether I live with people who want to share the odd dinner and drink or telly or those who’d rather just have an evening natter in the kitchen. I’m easy as long as they’re friendly and considerate and queer-friendly.
I have some furniture so ideally I’d like an unfurnished, spacious double bedroom.
An outdoor space would be wonderful too - being outdoors in summer is my happy place :)
