Description
Hello,
To introduce myself, my name is Scott and I'm an arts administration professional specialising in film festivals and events. I have just been asked to take on a job which will have me in Glasgow from mid January to end of March to work on a local film festival so am looking for a room for this time period.
A bit about myself, I work in the arts and have a special love for all things film and cinemas. I collect cinema posters and other film festival related materials (I have an online archive), I'm regularly at the cinema and always love a good chat about the latest films or classics. Animation is my favourite genre. Outside of that, i enjoy comics, tv, cooking, video games, Dungeons & Dragons, board games and going to exhibits & events. Not a big party or going out kind person, much prefer a quiet night and getting ready for the next day.
Though I've put down my preferences and what I am looking for in terms of accommodation and flatmate, I am more than happy to be a bit flexible on this (i. e. I can do weekdays only if easier). I will be focusing a lot on my job so might not be around as often, you might prefer this or might not. £800 would be my preference including bills but can go higher or lower. I am not looking to take on a tenancy, just something short term in a spare room. A Wallace and Gromit & Feathers McGraw situation, for those who get the reference, though I promise I'm not an evil penguin!
Please feel free to get in touch with any questions but I look forward to finding a room with one of you and moving to Glasgow soon!
