30M and 31F couple seeking room or flat

Hello, my name is Connor and I am looking for either a studio flat or room suitable for a couple, to rent with my girlfriend Kaitlyn.

Kaitlyn is currently living in the United States, we intend to bring her over on a family Visa, so at first it will just be myself moving in, with her coming at a later date, as such we will ask for a letter from the landlord just stating that Kaitlyn can live at the property, which we can then send off with her Visa application.

I am quiet and tidy, self employed adult-media illustrator, which has been my stable source of income for the past 4 years or so, and do my work from home, Kaitlyn is respectful with the typical American friendliness and currently works in a GameStop in the US, and will be looking for similar work over here once her Visa is approved.

We are ideally looking for either a double room to rent with few other housemates, or a studio flat/annex or similar. Some preference for en suite but not essential.

I have a few allergies to some air fresheners, reed diffusers, and long haired dogs, and would prefer to avoid these.

Lifestyle wise I am at home all day working but am quietly doing my work on my computer with headphones in, I don't expect I would ever be a disturbance to other housemates. I wash up and clean daily and cook very quickly using an air fryer mostly, so will not take up much time or space in the kitchen.

I am currently in a temporary studio flat in Dover and can provide a reference from the property manager, unfortunately the property does not allow couples which is why I am seeking one that does.

I am open to moving out of Kent if you have a suitable property elsewhere, places such as Gloucestershire and the Isle of Wight have peaked my interest, but I am open to properties anywhere in the South.
