Sublet room or studio

Hello,

My name is Rory. I'm a design editor (interiors) seeking a room or studio sublet in a clean, peaceful environment.

I live with my best friend in East London and we are doing up an old house, however it's currently undergoing some pretty big structural work so realistically I need to move out for a while, whilst the work takes place.

I'm looking to stay in the Hackney/ Bethnal Green/ Shoreditch neighbourhood as it's my normal hood. When I'm not working I can be found running, or at exhibitions and out with friends.

I'm looking to share with like-minded chilled people (or person) of similar age. I'm social, but I am definitely not interested in party flats - I appreciate my own space, and the space of others too :)
