Looking for spare room

Looking for a spare double room in Manchester, looking to spend max ~900 including bills. I work 9-5, a mix of at home or in the office so would like either a desk in my room or space to put one. I don't smoke and I don't own any pets. :)

I'm fairly social, usually out on the weekend ice skating or hiking depending on the weather but I am home most evenings watching films and/or knitting. I do sometimes travel for work (maybe once every 2 months) so there may be weeks where I'm not around which is either a plus or a minus if you like/don't like having communal areas to yourself.

My current lease is finished in early Feburary so looking to move around then, no later than the 7th if possible. I also have a lot of plants which I am happy to keep in my room or decorate the flat with! I'm also very happy to live with pet owners and pet sit occasionally :)
