I’m Ibrahim, but most people call me Ibi. I’m 24 years old, originally from Manchester, and currently working in property management. From the ages of 18 to 23, I lived in Liverpool, but I’ve recently spent a year back at home. While home has been great, I feel it’s not the environment where I can reach my full potential at the moment.
A little about me: I’m a university graduate with a first-class degree in Accounting and Finance. However, I’ve recently made a career change, stepping away from accounting into a role I find more fulfilling. I know this is a lot of information, but I hope it gives you a good idea of who I am before we move forward.
I’m looking to live with open-minded, creative, and adventurous individuals, as I value forming meaningful, long-lasting connections. I have a fun, outgoing personality with a goofy side that I think adds a lot to shared living. I’m also quite active, enjoying sports and the gym regularly.
In recent years, I’ve done a lot of solo travelling, which has taught me so much and given me plenty of stories to share. I like to think I’m a clean and respectful housemate, though I’ll admit I occasionally leave a little mess when rushing out—but nothing to worry about!
I have experience living independently and have adapted to new environments well, thanks to my time living away and staying in various Airbnbs across Europe. I’ve recently taken up healthy eating as a hobby, enjoy visiting independent cafés, and love a good brunch or coffee outing.
