Room Wanted in a Peaceful, Friendly Household

Hello!

I am currently looking for a room to rent in a friendly and welcoming home, mainly in the Waterlooville, Portsmouth, Petersfield or Fareham areas.

My budget is £650 to £1000 per calendar month with rent and all bills included (electricity, water, Wi-Fi, etc.) and I'm looking to move between the 11th and 31st January 2025.

Room Preferences: A furnished or semi-furnished room would be ideal, but I am flexible.

Access to shared spaces like the kitchen and living room is appreciated but not wholly necessary. I'd prefer a rental that I can use 7 days per week but could work with a Mon-Fri let if necessary.

About Me: I am a working professional who is clean, respectful, and easygoing. I value a peaceful living environment and am happy to contribute to keeping any shared spaces tidy.

I work shifts in healthcare at the moment so would be frequently out of the property for long periods during the day.

Ideally, I would like to bring my Ball Python, Eggy, to live in the room I rent, though I understand this isn't ideal for everyone, so I am able to make alternative arrangements for him for the time being if needed.
