Looking for a new place in Newcastle

Hi,
my lovely flatmate/landlord is moving out so I am looking for new home, ideally close to sidney grove, where I currently live. I am looking for a single or double room and I am fairly flexible both for the moving in and for the time to stay there.
I would prefer a place shared with other two people maximum but I can go up to three. I do not have any pet but I would be glad sharing the space with them :)

I am typically in a good mood and while at home I appreciate both being sociable and staying on my own. I am outside dancing most evenings (swing, tango, blues, you name it...) while sometimes during the day I work from home.

I am clean and tidy but I do not obsess over it. In the past, I lived happily with shy to very sociable people, my only no-go is people that are in their crazy party phase and/or smoke inside the house.
