Couple Seeking 1BR Flat For January 2026

Hi All!
My partner and I are seeking a cozy 1BR flat in London to move into from the beginning of the new year (ie January 2026).

About Us:
-Canadian same-sex common law couple of 7 years
-have lived and worked in London for the past year on respective Youth Mobility Visas
-both full-time employed (myself at the Battersea Power Station, my partner at Naya Patisserie) + supplemental income from acting/performance gigs + savings
-like a quiet night in, but occasionally like to have friends over for small get-togethers. We also film our audition tapes from home, and will need a strong internet connection (which we are open to paying for seperately, per the needs of the flat).
-non-smoking, no pets*

What We Are Looking For:
-1 BR flat with desirable amenities including internet, laundry machine, small living room area, and furnished/partially furnished
-near a supermarket and a tube station
-preferably near a green space such as a park
-areas that we've discussed interest in: Clapham Common, Wandsworth/Battersea, Finsbury Park, Hampstead Heath, Highbury and Islington, but we are open to anything that meets the first 3 points!
-preferred move in date: Jan 1 (but could do end of December)
-preferred lease term: 1 year
