Professional childcarer looking for a new room

I'm Orlando, 34yo, and I've been working in childcare in the UK for almost a decade.
I am also studying a Psychology degree with the Open University.

I'm looking for a new spacious room in areas that have good public transport connections, preferably in Stratford, or near other public transport hubs.

Furnished or unfinished (I have my own desk and chair), single or double bed.
I just need some space.

Ideally, I could move in sometime in September 2025.

I'm mostly working as a self employed individual as ad hoc nanny and babysitter, but also do part-time nanny jobs for longer term now and then (I have my own childcare business as well).
In addition, I also provide emergency childcare to clients of a certain agency.
As you can imagine, I work at various times and days, so I'm more out than at home.

I lived with a number of families as a live-in nanny for about 7 years in total, after that in flat shares as well as before nannying, and never caused any trouble.

I'm a friendly and caring person, I like to have a chat with people when it comes to it and would be happy to engage with my new flatmates, but I also respect if people want to stick to their own business.
