Professional creative looking for post-uni place

hi :)

i’m george, i’m 22, and about to graduate from my Film course at Uni of Brighton. i’ve realised that i really really wanna stay down here once i’ve graduated, not only due to the creative and welcoming atmosphere that Brighton provides, but also due to my situation at home being difficult to the point where i need to find my own footing. and so i’m making an effort on here to find either likeminded people looking for a place together, or to just take up a spare room somewhere.

a room with a double bed would be swell, with cupboards/storage, a desk/chair and windows.

must-haves: kind, considerate flatmates, a washing machine, lack of mould.
deal-breakers: people not taking care of communal spaces.
