I am a 28 year old PhD researcher coming to the end of my degree, looking for a 3 month let/sublet to see me through to the end of my work.
Looking for a double room to move into before the end of January, until the end of April. £800-900 pcm would be ideal, I am flexible on most details.
I have been living in London for 10 years so have my own life and enjoy socialising, but also enjoy time to myself. Hobbies include cycling, making music, cooking and painting/drawing/tattooing. A free tattoo could be on the cards 😉
I am clean, easygoing and LGBTQ+ friendly. I don't have any pets and do not smoke inside the house.
