Seeking calm flatshare in central/south London

Hi! My name is Katherine and I am looking for a flatshare near Waterloo (in roughly the Southwark/ Lambeth/Vauxhall/Pimlico area). I have a budget of up to c.£1100 per month for rent. I am ideally looking to move in at end of February/first weekend of March. I could move earlier for the right room.

I work full time in a professional job and am looking for a clean and calm environment to come home to and relax in. I’m typically 100% office based, taking the odd day to work from home. In my free time I enjoy playing sport after work or at the weekend, going for walks, doing arts and crafts, and seeing shows or exhibitions from time to time.

I prefer a glass of wine over a board game or a relaxed pub trip to nights out/partying, and am looking to share with those who are similarly minded here. I’m also green fingered, so happy to help keep plants alive. Some outdoor space a bonus.

I have enjoyed living with flatmates who are respectful of each other and the space we live in, importantly keeping things clean and relatively tidy. I’m comfortable in my own company, but equally like to pass the time of day when home with others – whether that’s a chat when paths cross, or sitting down to eat or watch something together on an evening.

I’d prefer to share with other women or in a mixed flat that is LGBTQ+ friendly. It is important to me that the flat is smoke-free and vape free, and that there are no cats (whilst cats are lovely, I’m allergic so keep them at a distance!).
