29 Year Old Professional

I am a 29 year old male currently living in SW London, who is looking to move to a location closer to my employer & girlfriend near Monument. My preference would be in North/East London, but I am open to locations that fit this profile & shorten the commute.

I’m from Scotland, I moved to London in March and have been flatsharing with a friend in SW London since then. He is moving in with his girlfriend so, this is a good opporunity to move somewhere more convenient. I enjoy sharing a flat, and i look to ensure a clean enviroment for myself & my flatmate. I’d enjoy a social flat but still appreciate my own time & space.

I work as a private equity investment executive and my preferred rent is £1650 p/m but happy to be flexible for the right place. I work from the office a minimum of three days per week, sometimes more but i’d be looking for a reasonable wfh space.

In terms of interests, I love long-distance running and hiking and have an interest in various sports. I’m also a big live music fan and am still exploring all londons gig venues & museums.
