Looking for Buddy Up for a 2 Bed in SE/E, Feb 7

Hello, I’m Claire!! I am on the search for a new flatmate :) I’m 30, working (mostly from home) in Sustainable Fashion / Material Innovation. I have lived in London for 7.5 years and will be moving with Shania (the icon herself) a nearly 2 yr old Frenchie/Pug/Chihuahua mix that will love you unconditionally

Looking for someone to share a 2 bed with, need to leave my current place by 7 Feb so looking for something around then, ideally -

- Budget - max £2200 (for the whole house, bills excl)
- House preferred, with some garden space ideal
- I have been looking in SE10/SE8/SE16 mostly so far, Greenwich/Cutty Sark preferred, but can be flexible on location for the right home as long as it is well connected

- Currently obsessing over Beyonce Bowl, Hacks, and Las Culturistas
- Love going to the theatre or a dance class at Pineapple
- As a flatmate, I am respectful, social, very outgoing, but I also value alone time and personal space
