Room needed from Feb. Japanese 28 years old.

My name is Norihiro, and I am from Japan.
In Japan, I worked in the aviation industry. I have recently moved to London, where I currently work full-time as an office worker for a travel agency.

I am looking forward to working hard and enjoying a comfortable and fulfilling life here in London.

l appreciate a quiet, clean, and relaxing living environment. While I do enjoy chatting with people, I am not fond of parties.

Here are my preferences:

- Canary Wharf area or Battersea Park area
- Modern building
- Preferably a high floor

Even if it's outside the above-mentioned areas, I would consider it if commuting to Bank station is easy (within 30 minutes) and the building is modern.

I don't mind the size of the room, but since I need to work from home, a desk and internet connection are essential.

Additionally, I need to give my current landlord a two-week notice before moving out. As long as this condition is met, I can move in earlier or later.

Please let me know if you have any properties that meet these criteria.
