Young professional looking for room

I'm looking for a room in 3+bed house, I'm currently living back at home and looking to get closer to where I work in Edgbaston. Ideally somewhere 30 minutes max commute from University of Birmingham Edgbaston campus. Potentially Kings Heath, Selly Oak, Moseley, etc. Also open to new areas, I'm originally from Solihull so I'm open to discovering new spots.

I started working full time again in September after living in Australia and New Zealand for a couple of years beforehand.

It would be cool to get into a house share/rental with some likeminded people, who like cooking, can go on runs with, train at the gym with. It would be good to have a social house but with people who appreciate their own space!

I've lived in house shares whilst travelling and at university, this would be my first time in the UK as a full time professional. I'm respect people's personal space and I like to keep things clean and tidy, I hope to live with people with the same mindset.

I like to think I'm a pretty easy going guy, I like to go for chilled drinks at the pub or in the house on the weekend whilst watching sports or a film. FYI, I like to go to the gym early mornings on weekdays and then head straight to work from there, so essentially I'd be away from the house from 6/7am to 5/6pm.
