31 - Male - Professional - Work Full Time at UoB

I'm looking for a room in 3+bed house, I'm currently living back at home and looking to get closer to where I work in Edgbaston. Ideally somewhere 30 minutes max commute from University of Birmingham Edgbaston campus. Ideally Kings Heath, Moseley, Harborne, or Stirchley. Also open to new areas.

I started working full time again in last September after living in Australia and New Zealand for a couple of years. I'm currently working as an audio visual technician at the uni of brum.

It would be cool to get into a house share/rental with some likeminded people, who like cooking, going to local markets/cafes, can go on runs and train at the gym with, plus I enjoy camping so would be cool to have new people to go with. It would be good to have a social house but with people who appreciate their own space!

I've lived in house shares whilst travelling and at university, this would be my first time in the UK as a full time professional. I'm respect people's personal space and I like to keep things clean and tidy, I hope to live with people with the same mindset.
