I am a professional female aged 27, looking for a double room in Cardiff. I am available to move from the 1st of June (currently travelling) and have a budget between £600-£700pcm. I would prefer to share with females and LGBTQ+ friendly. I’m a hybrid worker so will need a room big enough for a desk ect. I will also ideally need space to park 2 cars (I have separate a work car) but happy to pay for a permit :)
I am pretty laid back, very clean and looking for a relaxing space to live. I work mainly 9-5 Monday - Friday but do often work away and do some evening work in the summer.
I’m looking for a home that is social but still respects each others space :)
