24F - Looking for a Room in a Lovely Home

Seeking a double room in a homey shared house/flat of 3 to 5 people.

I come with 6 years of sharing homes in London with wonderful people. I’m keen to make my next spot homey and be there fairly long term. I’m an Architect by training and love it when a space is both functional and super cosy :)

I'm very clean and neat and like to keep my home nice for friends to swing by. I tend to home cook a lot of my meals in the evenings (HelloFresh is my saviour) and try to keep my cook time short when sharing a kitchen. I never work from home in my current job as I'm responsible for a Woodshop and Metalshop so will be out most of the day.

I’d really love to move in with a wholesome, fun lil group. I do like my me-time a lot but would also love to live with a group who hangout together and have a good dynamic of honest communication.

The flat I live in currently is dreamy but unfortunately I have to move out as it’s too expensive and my lovely flatmate is getting married so her husband will be moving in. The flat is a super nice example of how I like to treat the place I live (attaching pics so you can see the kind of tenant I am).
