Hi there!
I'm a female strategy consultant/ex-lawyer looking for my next home. :) Have spent the past 18 months living in King's Cross/Coal Drops Yard area and am keen to try a new place.

I work long hours during the week (but usually WFH 2-3 days per week)... but try to go out and socialise a lot on the weekend. I'm happy to keep my social life out of the house... but if you're keen to meet new people, I'm also happy to share my friends with you, and vice-versa... :-)

What I'm looking for:

>> BIG ROOM: with ensuite or own bathroom, with enough space for a large desk to WFH) and preferably built-in wardrobes.
>> LOCATION: zone 1 / inner city, preferably close to transport links (<10 minutes walk to tube). Currently in KX/Angel/Islington and like it here, but open to new areas (have lots of friends in Borough and Bermondsey)!
>> HOUSE VIBES: Ideally, I'd like like to be friends with the people I live with (... I mean, I want to be able to have a drink with you on Friday, go for a coffee run, and/or share all my embarrassing life stories with you???)... but I'm also super independent and have my own life/goals + friends here - so it's also fine by me if you prefer to live more separate lives. :)

ABOUT ME:
>> LIFESTYLE: I love running (ran 3x half-marathons last year!), skiing, horse-riding and biking :) ... but I'm not a health freak, I'm also keen to get drunk and go dancing, do fun weekend trips... or just curl up on the couch and read/watch movies... so... basically a normal person?

>> SOCIAL LIFE: I loooove a good party and getting a bit silly on the weekend... but I'm also very quiet, serious and super focused during the week about work (and I often work 14+ hour days). I'd prefer to live with someone who's interested in being part of my life and meeting my friends, though I'm also fine to keep my social life out of the house. In my current house, I never have my friends over... but I'd prefer to be in a setting where occasionally having a handful of friends around for drinks is encouraged (and welcomed!) by you... :)

>> CLEANLINESS: I'm super tidy and rarely use the kitchen -- I mostly eat out, so you'd never have to worry about dishes in the sink with me ;-). I'm also fairly minimalist and don't like clutter and would never leave my possessions out in common areas. During the week, you won't even notice that I'm there!
