Tidy, Easygoing Professional Looking for a Comfort

I’m Ziwei, a 25-year-old female from China currently based in the UK. I’m in the process of job hunting, focusing on roles in marketing and international business. I’m looking for a furnished room in Zones 1-2 in London, with a rental budget between £700-£1100 per month, including bills. I’m open to a minimum rental period of six months and would love to move in as soon as possible — ideally before the end of January.

A bit about me:

I’m tidy and enjoy keeping shared spaces clean.
I don’t smoke or drink.
I have a regular routine and don’t host house parties.
I’d prefer to live with female housemates and won’t bring male guests to the house.
In my free time, I enjoy cooking, baking, journaling, skateboarding, archery, and going to the gym. I also have a lovely, well-behaved, spayed female cat who would be living with me. She stays mostly in my room and wouldn’t cause any disturbance to housemates.
