Looking for second person to rent 2 bed property

Looking for a second person to look into renting a 2 bed property with in or around Nottinghamshire/derbyshire, ideally female. My current tenancy is until the 28th February.

I’m very creative and do a lot of crafts, painting, making things and love having and helping people try different things with me!😌 (but not necessary!)

I also have everything to furnish a new property if you’re new to renting/house sharing, but am willing to get rid or bits/ swap things around if you also have things to furnish a new property! ( I have a very hippie/ whimsical vibe if that’s what you’re into! 🧚🏻) and love lots of house plants 🍃. Very into music and do work in festivals/organising events through the year, I’m very much more the artistic side, painting and making decor and helping set up. Other than that, in between time I’m very much a homebody ☺️

I’m very open to pets, especially cats! Not bothered about if you smoke or not, just looking for a nice calm space with someone social and friendly 😌
