Description
Hi! I’m Mia, I’ve been living in London for the past two years and feel very settled in SW London.
I’m looking for a double room in SW or Central London, ideally with good transport links. My budget is around £1,000 pcm (bills included), and I’m hoping to move in from 1 December.
I’m a mature student starting my PPE degree at King’s College London while also working part-time in hospitality and pursuing internships, so I’m usually out and about. I’m also a Research Associate for my university’s venture capital society and a Student Representative for the Department of Political Economy, so I’m definitely not your typical student.
When I’m home, I love to cook, meal prep, and unwind with a cozy night in. I’m clean, organised, and considerate. Tea towels and cloths absolutely go in the wash weekly! I enjoy weightlifting, good food, and the occasional glass of wine (which I’ll probably overanalyse for its grape and flavour profile).
I’m originally from South Africa, so I’ll likely introduce you to some snacks from home at some point! My friends describe me as warm, grounded, and easygoing. I’m social and friendly but also value a calm, tidy home where everyone respects each other’s space. Between work, uni, and the gym, I’m often out during the day and keep evenings low-key.
I always pay rent on time and treat any place I live in as my own home.
Would love to hear from you — feel free to message with any questions!
Best,
Mia
