A well-located flat (ideally as close to Deansgate station as possible) with plenty going on.
I'm pretty busy in the weeks with work so I would value hanging out on the weekends to let off some steam.
Ideally, a furnished or semi-furnished place
Flatmates who are friendly, considerate, and enjoy a good balance of socialising and downtime.

I enjoy a chat over coffee or dinner but also value alone time.
I’m not a massive partier but enjoy the occasional night out and going to bars/ events etc.
