Just a regular guy and his dog looking for a room.

I’m a 32 year old professional looking for a pet friendly flat/house share ideally in either Leith, Marchmont, Haymarket, Dalry or Stockbridge area of Edinburgh but happy to live in other areas providing there is good public transport links close by. Also more than happy to buddy up and look for somewhere with other people or 1 bed flat for myself.

I’m LGBTQ+ friendly, I’m a sociable person so enjoy things like flat movie nights, group meals and just hanging out in general but also respectful of people’s person space if you just want time to yourself. I’m clean and tidy and more than happy to do weekly/monthly house cleaning tasks if required. I work in hospitality so I’m usually working fairly long hours and can work quite late. Aside from work I enjoy socialising with friends, watching sports, hiking with my dog, cooking/baking and going to the gym.

With regard to the dog she is eight years old and house trained. Can provide recommendations from previous landlords and letting agents stating no noise complaints or damage to the property etc.
